Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Email jimmyd0283@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide the return address and instructions by email. Please contact us before sending an item back; do not use a business or sender address without confirmation.

For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Check your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, email your order number and clear photos. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate, including reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required for a confirmed product fault.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges and cancellations

For a different model or color, contact us before returning your item. To cancel or correct an order, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the return process applies.
